Apple Blossom Cottage

Apple Blossom Cottage is a delightfully renovated cottage on the outskirts of the pretty village of Mesnil Clinchamps. The cottage also has one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor which may assist people with mobility issues. As well as two balconies providing terrific views over the orchard and surrounding countryside, the cottage is well located for both bar and restaurant and a Cave selling various wines. There is plenty of room outside to enjoy the Normandy weather and the property also boasts 2 balconies at different levels!
The first balcony overlooks the apple orchard which is where it derives its name from!

The first balcony to the rear of the property has ample seating for 6 and leads off from the large open plan lounge dining room.
The lounge / dining room is extremely large and can comfortably seat 6 people in opulent luxury. There is a wide screen T.V. with Satellite Free to Air and sound system as well as a superb wood burning fire.
     
The dining area is perfectly situated in this contemporary styled house with classic hints.
The kitchen comes fully equipped including, cooker, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, drier and microwave.
     
The ground floor also has a bedroom and superb bathroom with Shower cubicle. It also has a ramp to assist access from the rear of the property. This might be of particular interest to people with limited mobility.

The master bedroom has exclusive use of the second balcony which has a unique angled ceiling to provide a useful space and privacy for the occupants.
